I'm in the study, in the low dose / Aspirin finger, my target is as Al mentioned 2.0 - 3.0.
I notice that if I am between 2.0 - 2.5 we make no adjustments, any higher and we cut back.
I'm headed in on the 21st for my 1-year echo. So far everything has gone well.
One bonus oif being in the study is that I am in regular contact with my Cardiologist, he handles my dosing. Since my surgery a year ago my blood pressure has slowly been on the rise. I have my own blood pressure cuff at home and each time I report my INR I have also been reporting my BP. We've been able to work on it at the same time.
