Thanks to everyone for their kind words and support. I had a great weekend. Spent Saturday out on my sailboat for one last sail before the operation. Even though Victoria is often the hot spot in Canada you have to take advantage of the weather when you get a chance. It was a bit cool but the sun came out later in the day.
We also went out to celebrate "Chinese New Year" with a huge feast.
Unfortunately I had to work today (and tomorrow) because I have lots of stuff to prepare for my absence.

I'm going to try and teach my wife how to post so she can update you on how I make out.
