HELP! caring for elderly/newborns

I read a snippet recently in which a nurse decribed caring for a "patient" who drooled, needed fed several times a day, soiled her diapers etc. to a group of nursing students. The students described the situation as hopeless & depressing until the nurse explained that the "patient" was her 6 month old granddaughter. I am trying to find the full text of that snippet ... I swear I read it in Small Talk here ... but I cannot find it for the life of me. I have searched under everything I can think of ... does anyone else remember reading this on here?
