today is just another day to me. this year i should be happy that my birthday came at all. but today i have to say that i am in a pretty blah mood. certainly hope that it improves as the day goes on. maybe i feel as though today is just another day because i hate working on my birthday and yet in three hours i will be at work. wish i could take the day off but it wouldn't look very good taking a day off after only being back to work for 2 weeks.
 
Happy Birthday Jackie! Maybe you can do something special for yourself today to help lift your spirits. Hope you day ends up nice. :)
 
thanks wise. heck the hubby even asked me the other day what i wanted for my birthday and i told him i hadn't even thought about it, so i had no clue. atleast one good thing is when i go to work i will be too busy to even think about it. lol then maybe by the time i get home tonight my mood will improve.
 
that would probably make me laugh ross. thanks bina. last year the hubby put flowers in my vehicle before he went to work. i brought them into work and put them on the stand. that kept me in a pretty good mood all day.

Last year I turned 50 and promptly told my daughter and husband to NOT plan anything.
But for my 40th we had a nice group gathering in a restaurant.
I'm mellowing in my old age....ha ha ha.
 
the hubby made me believe all day at work that he had forgot it which just made the whole at work miserable on top of the heat. i got home and he had a happy face tea pot and tea cup filled with flowers and a coffee mug also. it wouldn't have surprised me if he had forgot since he has in the past. it wasn't a very good day until i got home after 11.
