Good Luck Mary

Hi I am TLC55, Mary's friend.
I just talked to Mary and she had the heart cath around 2pm today and just got into a room. The pressure gradient had increased alot since last year so it is time for the surgery. All of her arteries are clear, which is great.
The surgery will be at noon tomorrow instead of the first thing in the morning and should take 3-4 hours. Mary sounded good tonight and said she was not too anxious right now. Alot of her family is there with her and I know that she has gotten a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from everyone on the site.
I will post again as soon as Bob calls after the surgery. Toy Lynn

I wass wondering how she's feeling now, and I'm very happy to hear that she's calm. I also had my last surgery after lunchtime which I actually preferred. I'll be checking in here tomorrow to see how the surgery went. Tell her Débora from Brazil said hello.

We've been out of town. Just got back and had to come check on you. I have been praying all day that your surgery went smoothly. Well..............I thought it was today, anyway. When I didn't see anything under post-op, I thought I had better check here..............sigh! Guess I was off by a day. I'm sorry in a way that this isn't over yet for you, but I am relieved the cath went well. Probably confused the Hell out of God.............heehee! But I will be praying hard again tonight and tomorrow for you. I can't wait to read that great post-op report. Sending lots of hugs. J. P.S. Thanks TLC for keeping us updated.

Talked to Granbonny on the phone who talked to Mary a little while ago. Surgery is scheduled for 1:00pm instead of noon. All systems are go.
