ah, got it.. I didn't have that option.. they gave me a big firm heart pillow though.. hugged it when I sneezed or coughed, helped me get up out of bed/chairs back then..
Just think about that newfound cleavage (for some) !!!!!!
Maybe you could rig up some "inserts" like "WONDER WOMAN" .
Didn't read about the Heart Hugger until I got back home. Had a small pillow they gave me at the hospital that helped some. It didn't save me when I had a sneeze though. OUCH . I still remember that first one .

I remember that I'd been trying to get pregnant just before I learned that I would be needing my third surgery sooner than I had expected. I was so nervous then that the doctor did a pregnancy test which came up negative. You won't believe it, but just as I was about to be taken into the OR, my period came! LOL!! There was this lady back in 1980 who had her surgery canceled because of something similar, but they must've seen that it doesn't interfere with anything. I suppose you can ask your doctor about it anyway.

it started full force the day after surgery. It was AWFUL!! they told me here at the hospital that all the hormonal changes brought on by surgery would usually bring you period on no matter what. It was difficult, but we made it. It does suck, though. Sorry

2 days after surgery for me. I thought I was the only one with such wonderful luck. Made me use the facilities more then I would have otherwise. And now 5 weeks post surgery and nothing. Go figure this month late. Just try and see the humor in it I spose. :>)
