there isn't much that I can add to what has already been said, except that if I were you, I'd certainly consider moving to England near my family. If it is suddenly necessary for you to have OHS you are going to need all the help and support you can get and it is better to make decisions now. You may even get second opinion there, which, quite honestly I think it will be benefitial for you. I wouldn't like my doctor to dismiss me with a go home and be tough!! You need someone more caring. that listens to you...my opinion.
