Hi All....First of all I would like to apologise for my ''mini melt down'' a few days ago. I NEVER tell people if im feeling like that, and then I go and tell HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ACROSS THE GLOBE...so im somewhat embarrassed, but I realise ''it had to out'' and better to you guys than my kids.

So........, I finally got copies of tests Iv had done at my local hospital over the last 3 or so years. It seems Iv had 3 positive stress tests, all showing MYOCARDIAL ISCHAMEMIA and v.tachy. Also an echo I had done in July '03 says there is ''trivial'' regurgation from the Mitral Valve and Tricuspid Valve. My last echo done September '06 shows ''moderate'' regurgation from MV. Thats quite a jump in a short time...right???

Bob, you are right, my EF has risen...it was 60% in '03 and is almost 79% now.

I have an appointment with my new cardio on Tuesday (the guy who I saw in September).....I was wondering....are there any specific questions I should put to him.???.I will be travelling 150miles to see him....I REALLY need this visit to count. I will write everything down and bring a copy for him (as suggested by Nancy....thanks Nancy for your excellent advice) ..

Jacqui, I'm glad you got your reports and that they validate your insistence that you get some sort of treatment.

Don't apologize for the meltdown. Anyone here for any length of time gets their turn!

After googling myocardial ischemia (I think you meant ischemia), it seems to have to do with blocked arteries if I have interpreted what I read correctly. So, I would ask if you need a coronary bypass. I would also ask if there is something you can do in the meantime so that you don't suffer a heart attack.

I sure hope that you get some additional answers on Tuesday. Please don't worry about your meltdown (which seemed completely normal to me). If we can't lose it here, where can we...
