Hi everyone, sorry for not keeping my progress updated leaving it a little in limbo.
To answer some of the questions..

A Small cycle - they day before i was released out of hospital i was asked to some walking up some big staircases, and a quick cycle on an exercise bike.

The operation i had was an AVR with a mechanical valve.

So all is well, things are starting to feel much better this week and i may be starting to do a few hours at work from next week to ease the boredom.
The only issue i have now is getting my INR level consistant as it seemed to drop alot over last week without changing my doseage. So increase in my wafarin to keep it all ticking.
