Whew! Got a big pile of mulch and a big pile of topsoil, delivered today, to shovel into a wheelbarrow and spread where needed on my drought-stricken mountain acre. Reckon that'll sweat off some calories.
Yesterday was a diet day from hell I took friend to lunch. A great place with Greek food and I ordered a salad Then garlic bread showed up and a lady forced it in my mouth Later I found myself at the Mexican restaurant, chips and salsa, sweet chicken nachos, Oreo cheese cake and "diet" coke I did play golf yesterday so I guess a mulligan is in order
Oh, and by the way, I enjoyed every bite
