Here we go on another week ... I am proud to be associated with such a fine group of losers ... All of you are inspirations to me and each other ... I am sure that we have a few closet losers that we are helping as well ... Sorry this is a bit late ... I know the members across the pond need me to do it on Thursday (my time) ... I will try to do better:rolleyes: ... Have a great week losing and moving:)

I'll pipe up. I'm down 1.4 lbs this week. Have been very diligent since last Sunday when I went hog-wild and felt all sorts of guilt.

I am almost back to where I was before Easter ... It's a lot harder to take off than it is to put on  ... I'm going to try and not have to play catch up again:)

Starting weight........233
Last Week...................202
This week....................198.5
Weekly Change............-3.5
Total Loss......................-34.5
Exercise..........

Great job Jack!!! I know what you mean ... "hog wild" could be my middle name:D

I'm holding steady... Although, if I squinted my eyes and tilted my head to the right, it looked like I'd lost half a pound! :D ;)

Starting weight: 142
Last week: 135
This week: 135
Change this week: 0
Total Change: -7

I'm not surprised. I did nothing helpful this week. Of course, I AM still coughing quite a bit (though I'm much better than Monday). You'd think that would be enough exercise! Heck, if I don't have rock hard abs by the end of this, I'm going to feel seriously gypped! ;)

Good work Cooker and Sumo!

I'm down two pounds.:)
Way to go Jack, Cooker, and Niki!
I'm setting my sights on a 2-3 pound loss for next week.;) ;) ;)

Way to go Mary!!!! ... "Eye" knew you would do it:D :D ... You may need to put on your Ref shirt and reel in some of our missing losers:D :D

I really need to get back to exercising-the weather has been bad and I have been lazy:(
Deb

Yahoo!!! Way to go Deb!!:D :D ...And I am with you on the exercise....I have been totally slack!!!

I'm tellin' youz guyz - get a Wii! My husband and I bowled 3 rounds of gold, played tennis and cross-country skied. My arms and legs were sore the next day just as if I'd had a hard work out - and it is a work out. Particularly the boxing.

Anyway - that's my excuse for the days I don't exercise!

I read a report about people getting tennis elbow etc from some of the video games and Wii was mentioned?..Be careful and don?t strain yourself :D

Ok, I'm done lurking!
I'm fighting the same 2-3 pounds for weeks now.
My ideal weight is 125.
I was 126 all week.
Today I'm 127, but had pasta and wine last night--bad me.

I'd love to get rid of these couple extra pounds, 'cause my darling husband just scheduled a vacation to Hawaii the end of the month. This will be our first major time off in 3 years that does not involve a hospital, a funeral, or both.
I promise to post some pics when we get back! :D

SUPERBOB is down 1, despite the evil plots of Lex Luthor.

SUPERBOB found himself entranced by "Beanie weenies" on sale 4 for $2 yesterday -- no doubt planted there by LL. So he bought them, and ate one when he got home. THEN he read the label -- 350 calories, 45 carbs (his whole Type 2 allotment for one meal), 1,200 gs of sodium, fat beyond calculation, etc etc.

So SUPERBOB trashed the remaining 3 cans of Beanie Weenies. He thought about donating them to a food bank but wouldn't want to wish that toxic stuff on anyone.

SUPERBOB vows to defeat Lex Luthor and his evil ploys and do better next week,

Whoa! :)
I'm impressed!
Not only with your weight loss but also your ditching the beanie weenies quicker than LL can say red kryptonite!
Man of Steel . . . I guess!
