We'll be praying for Bill's successful surgery and recovery. Also praying for continued good news for Mary and SuperBob.

Foodwise, I'm not doing terribly but not great either. I'm mostly past the bronchitis/allergy gunk but I'm having a continuing battle with abdominal issues. That could be from some dairy and gluten, etc. that I consumed recently, but hard to pinpoint. Still it's a minimal problem in the seriousness scope. I do have urges though to go to my favorite ice cream parlor and shove people's cones into their faces, but the thought of being on the local news is stressful...hehehe.

Nelson, Lady Gaga's colonoscopy report was fine. All that lunchmeat she wears has apparently done no damage.:wink2: Once she gets the all clear from the CT scan, it will be smooth sailing.:smile2:

How's it going? I hope everyone is having a great week and doing well on their individual sprint!! I have not had a good eating week. Stress from most directions has cause me to consume comfort food. I'm not going to beat myself up, just try and get back on track.

Holding steady, which is good for a beginning. As long as there is not upward movement, it means I'm stabalizing. Hopefully next week I will see a slight drop. Thanks for the motivation. I have a post it note on my door that reminds me everyday!!!!! Need more walking, too much work lately.
