I'm still working hard with español but haven't been working so hard at losing weight. Maybe I can fit in a walk this morning too.

I plan on doing some some exercise each day this week, eating the apples and vegetables that we bought at the grocery, scale back again on the high carb and sugary foods. It doesn't help that the bad foods, although delicioso, make me feel so badly also.

Cooker, SB, Laurie and Duff, it sounds like you are all heading in the right direction. I'll try to follow.

Try the "simply filling" since 95% of what you are eating is power food. This way you will only count your cheese. Some Wheat bread is not counted, if you miss bread! My husband started losing once he followed the 'simply filling'. I am sure at a certain point, it will become harder for me.

Don't give up.
 
My weight at WW meeting last saturday morning was .6 lb! No complaints!

Starting wt on 3/31/12 was 175.6 lbs.
 
I have failed miserably this week ... walked once and ate many things many times ... But this morning as DW and I were having coffee and I stated that I would try again and start fresh today she was looking at the “Old Farmers Almanac” and it said today is a good day to start a weight loss diet ... so with a prayer and an old farmer behind me I will try again.... Hope all of you have had a better week....
