Well, how in the heck could I lose 3lbs in 2 days?:thumbup: I had a peek at the scale this morning and I'm down 3 lbs already and didn't even try. Birthday cake yesterday w/Blue Bell ice cream and pizza...whoa!
I blame my weight gain the last two weeks on all the good restaurant food where they add loads of salt..!:eek2: So I have from Monday to Friday to get the other 3.5lbs off..:angel:

I didn't gain but 7 lbs on our cruise and that was with doing 9 laps here in 43 minutes every day. :wink2:

I gained 9 lbs on our cruise this summer:eek2:, took 2 weeks to get that back off.
But were you hitting the deck for 3 miles every morning before breakfast?:biggrin2:
We were on a 14 day cruise last April and lost weight but it wasn't from walking. We had that bad GI infection called diarrhea. :frown2: Also played the devil with my INR. :eek2:
