OkeyDokey, new week. Put me down for no gain, about to be a big gain as we celebrate granddaughter's birthday with a big dinner and a big birthday cake tonight.

Exercise? Still do some in the morning heat, which makes you feel as though you're melting, but then I suppose fluid replacement makes up for it, and maybe more.

Anway, happy reporting....

Staying on track is paying off:biggrin2: ... DW and I went to lunch today and I actually did not consume everything on my plate ... could be a new era for TheChimp:tongue2:

Starting Weight: 233
Last Week: 200.5
This Week: 197.5

Looks like the early VR throwdown birds get no worms . . . well, at least no gains. Maybe we should all weigh in on Thursday!
I'm down a pound from last week.
Last week: 159
This week: 158

Loss of 1

Good going Duffster and Chimpmeister! As for Superbob, he is sticking with that no change thingie from this morning as his weekly report. NO way he is weighing tomorrow -- just had birthday dinner for granddaughter at P.F. Changs!:thumbup: Cake and ice cream to follow when everybody can stand up again. ;) Maybe a week of heat and humidity and this, too, shall melt away....

Woo Hoo! Good going everyone! Really proud of you Mr. Chimp for sticking with the program and getting payoffs. Gotta feel better in those pants now. Good for you Yo Yo Queen! I'm not taking my weight today - was easily coerced into a Tex-Mex meal last night. I'll be happy if I don't gain, but I'll check in tomorrow good or bad. Let's keep it going!

Manyana fellow Throwdowners!

Gotta post quick before I get busted at work - but couldn't wait to report another loss - 2 weeks in a row! I'm down 1.4 this week. Slowly but surely! Still not down to what I was on St. Patty's day, so I'm just re-losing what I've already lost and untold number of times before- but I'm trying! (Yo - Yo queen in training)

Let's hope we can all keep it going for next week! Wouldn't it be nice for everyone to be able to say they lost or at least stayed the same a second week! Let's try to make that happen gang!!!

Good for you, Rhena! You are one of our stalwart members, and an inspiration.

As for ol' SB, he is trying to recover from yesterday's celebratory feasting. He is trying to remember The Chimp's formula -- let's see, three bowls of Raisin Bran sprinkled with metamucil, plus two large prune and banana smoothies?

Okay it was slightly -- slightly -- less humid this morning, and Superdawg was up for a little longer walk. Am headed to the workout room now, hoping for inspirational company. :D:D:D

I skipped weigh in last week because I was visiting family. Read that as eating junk food and drinking wine. Monday I was up 4 lbs or so to 137.2. Today I'm down to 135.5, slowly getting rid of the salt from restaurant food. I even took my own food to my CLE seminar, as it was in town, even though they served snacks and buffet lunch. I made the chickpea salad someone posted, but with parmesan and mozzerella instead of the high salt feta cheese.
I am determined to get my diet back on track before my surgery, when they'll pump me full of saline and blow me up 20 pounds.

Okay, I lost 1.7 this week. Still won't get back to my lowest weight this coming week, unless I go on a prune juice and Ex-lax binge and eat only lettuce and drink only water. Cindy knows what she weighs this morning, but isn't ready to divulge that info. However, we've been really really busy and things are going well and we are set mentally, so it's all good!

Good job to all the losers! Lori, visiting family exempts you from any requirement to lose or maintain weight. Sounds like you had a good time.

Looks like a good week last week:biggrin2: ... at this it the point in dieting I usually slip and I see it coming on, not counting all my points, snacking when I'm not hungry ... so this morning I have re-upped my resolve and will try and stay the course ... great job everyone!!!

We'll re-up with you and have fat blasting week!

Good job Wise and tell Cindy to just hang in! Count me in on the fat blasting week! Let's go! Laurie - I think you are doing great. I think I'd be eating all the comfort food I could get my hands on - but you are really being smart about it!

So this has become a thread about ... EATING!? Superbob commands that you all drop and give him 25 right now!

(And that means pushups, not pancakes!) :p

I'm reading this while eating ice cream, so I regret to inform Superbob that I currently cannot comply with the Eat Talk penalty. :rolleyes2::wink2:
