Monday, Tuesday, Happy Days, Wednesday, Thursday, Happy Days...okay Throwdowners, go crazy, get happy, jog around the breakfast table. Let's go, guys!

Another weigh-in Friday approaches. You can do it on Thursday if you like. We start on Thursday for our Aussie friends....BTW, where are they? Not naming names, just sayin' we miss you!

Okay, I'm sure the world is waiting with great anticipation -- Superbob will slip out of his suit (reverse telephone booth, you know) and weigh nekkid tomorrow morning, and then report here. Who will join him? (No, no, not at his weigh-in, ladies -- don't get too excited. SB means who will do their own weigh-ins tomorrow? :)

Coming down the stretch in the July 4 race -- can anyone catch the Kentucky Flash? Looking forward to hearing from one and all... hope you all are well.

Down one pound this week ... it was two but I think someone added one somewhere:confused2:

Starting Weight: 233
Last Week: 202
This Week: 201

The Chimp is on it! The Throwdown's inspirational leader is back on track. Soon to go back under 200 (a weight Superbob last saw when he was in the fifth grade.

Way to go, Cooker!

Next year, maybe Biggest Loser will star Superbob and Jillian? I, for one, need whipped into shape as far as exercise goes. I'm trending down for the week though. I'm shocked and amazed, but I know it could bump up.

Cooker started us off on a good foot. Let's see if we can follow (monkey) suit.

Superbob wants to make clear he will accept no more excuses or sass from Duffey, and no more deferring to a "Ref" who is no longer here -- who just up and left us. ("You picked a fine time to leave us, Lucille...."):p

Since there is no ruling authority I will revise my 5-27 weigh in and subtract another pound lost for a loss of 2 pounds this week!

Chimp's gone wild! Good goin', Mr. Chimp. Keeping drinking that 100% prune.

As for Superbob, he is down 1 pound this week.

That makes a loss of 7 for the Great Red, White, and Blue Race.

Way to go SB:thumbup: ..." where have all the losers gone, long time passing" ... oh, wrong song, sorry ... I fear many are eating what they are producing on FT, pizza, cake, cookies, you name it ... might be time for an intervention:biggrin2:

Oh Aussie's, come out come out wherever you are:tongue2:

LMAO! :D It's obvious you have yet to meet the Yo-Yo Queen in person, SB. A challenge to her sassiness just results in more sassiness!:tongue2::tongue2::tongue2:
I'm glad you wrote what you did, because it did provide some merriment in an otherwise doom and gloom Friday weigh-in.:frown2:
I'm up 2.5 pounds.
Last week: 156
This week: 158.5
I'm getting nowhere, fast, but I'm happy to offer congratulations to the Man of Steel and the Chimp.:smile2:

Sorry to see the gain ... I understand but I have seen what you are producing on FT and "having" met you ... I know you would not sell goods you have not sampled:tongue2::tongue2::tongue2:

Congrats. Congrats. Condolences.

Forgot my smiley face after that statement! It wasn't mean to be snarky (sp?).

So, also, condolences to Cindy. She gained .6 lb. this week. Congrats, sort of, to me. I lost .2. That puts me at a loss of 9.6 in the RWB. Wouldn't take much to catch me, I'm afraid. We have a Sunday School potluck tomorrow afternoon. So far, we're behaving better than last week.

Getting ready to go to picnic. Starts at 5:00. We're taking Corn And Black Bean Salad and we're taking a fruit pizza. The first item is healthy and the second, in spite of the fruit, is not healthy. Got to have fun sometimes though!

Hmmmm. Maybe Superbob has a shot in the race after all. Enjoy the picnic, Wise and Cindy! ;)

Okay, Superbob wants reports on Memorial Day feasting: shish kebob for Superbob with marinated London broil, little potatoes, onions, and pineapple on skewers. Little bit of cherry cheesecake for dessert. :D

What are the loyal Throwdowners eating this holiday?

(Fasting bloodwork for SB in the morning -- ugh!)
