We had ours yesterday at our Sunday School picnic. We both had broiled chicken, green beans & smidgeon of potato, corn & black bean salsa (I had a few jalapeno tinged chips with the salsa - yum yum), baked beans, a little brownie, a sliver of fruit pizza. I had a little peanut butter cookie. Cindy also had a little bit of a broccoli salad (with raisins and such). That's a complete report. Not as bad as it could have been.

Superbob, you had some good stuff, and altogether healthy. Best wishes regarding your blood work. I agree about the fasting (ugh).

What does a Chimp eat (and drink) on a holiday anyway? We humans can only shudder to think. :p:p

I have it straight from the Chimp's mouth--chicken salad. However, he also confessed he's fighting Chik-fil-a shakes.:eek2:

As for me, there's a thing called Naked chips that are kicking my butt. Maybe if I gave more exposure to my own naked butt, the chips could be kicked.:rolleyes2:

What are Naked chips Miss Duffey? I already gathering that "naked" doesn't refer to absence of calories! Inquiring minds want to know.

Chicken salad? You only see that stuff in lady chimp tearooms. Now, the Chik-fil-A shakes would be challenge for sure.
