Yo, Ms. Yo-Yo Queen -- forgetting ain't acceptable! Git on them thar scales!

I got on the scales this morning, and I have lost a half of a pound.:)

Last week's weight: 157
This week's weight: 156.5

I'm having computer troubles, and at some point, the computer's going to have to go in the shop. So if I suddently disappear, you'll know what's going on.:(

Good for you Wise on getting your 10% loss recognition and kudos to Cindy too. Mary you lost! Yeah! Earline just hang in there ... that stubborn fat will come off if we can just stay on track. OK - I don't remember the breakfast club - but I have recollections of watching Captain Kangaroo every morning. I loved Mr. GreenJeans and the rabbit. Kids TV these days is just not the same.

Sir Elton John concert last night was awesome! I'm not sure how old he is but he must be in his 60's. He played for 2:45 minutes straigh and sounded every bi as good as he did in the day. He played all my favorites. My friend and i were rocking out to the crocodile rock song as evidence by red wine stains down my brand new shirt We had a blast. He wasn't much of a talker, but did stop for philosphical reflection on has career noting that the he is loving it more now than he did 40 years ago. Everyone was rasing the roof singing along. OK - enough gushing. Just one of the best concerts I've been to in a long time.

Everybody do their best this week and let's see if we can make some real progress towards the race to the R W & B and show Wise up.

Later losers

Congrats to all the losers ... I'm back on track a bit and have shed some weight but I have a long way to go to make up for my leaping off the diet wagon....

I will have to confess that EJ sang my favorite music when I was younger. I would have known all of those songs for sure.

You know that WE have ALL taken that same leap from time to time. That's just life. Best wishes for a good week.

What wagon? What leaping? Superbob is the only one around here who does any leaping -- tall buildings in a single bound, and all that. SB has never jumped on any wagons -- instead he goes up and down, up and down -- sort of like the Yo-Yo Queen's little playtoy. :p

Nevertheless, SB certainly commends The Chimp for his efforts. We all knew he would cut down on the banana pudding sooner or later. :D
