Nice to see you here, Ton. I can relate to lack of exercise even though I continue to chase virtual farm animals around and around. Doesn't seem fair!

Last week, 190 ... this week, 189 ... down one pound....

Speaking of NOT FAIR! Rub some more salt in the wounds, Farm Town Chimpmeister!!!;)

(Nice to see that you lost.) :)

Maintenance is going well this week.
I'm holding steady at 131.5.
I dropped to 129.5 on Tuesday, but then I ate Mexican food for lunch. Must drink more water to get rid of the salt, and stop sneaking Thin Mints. There's nothing thin about them!

Everybody is doing good this week so far - either losing or staying the same . Good for us! Ton - glad to have you back on board. The more the merrier. I hate that nasty exercise too, but it does help, not to mention that it does the ol' heart some good. ! I guess I am going to have to get on Facebook to see what all the fuss is about. I keep hearing about farming and mafia wars... what the hell?!

Special shout out to Marie and Dina - You go girls!!!

I think we are off to a fine start in the RRWB (Race for the Red With and Blue - us IT types love Acronyms). I even contributed a little to the lard pile!! ;) 1.6 down since St. Patty's Day! Yeah!:D

Starting weight: 224
Last Week: 194.2
This week 192.6
Loss: -1.6
Total loss: 31.4

See ya later losers....

Oh my goodness, grandson brought bunch of Easter candy home from his preschool bash, and he is sharing it with Pop-Pop. Now how could Superbob defy one of nursery school's biggest lessons: share?;)

Wow! What a good week for the Throwdown. Good job all!

I forgot to post our weight last week, so I will do both weeks at once.

CINDY:

Starting Weight: 140.8
Two Weeks Ago: 135.2
This Week: 136.4
Change: +1.2
Total Loss: 4.4

WISE:

Starting Weight: 194.2
Two Weeks ago: 180.4
This Week: 178.4
Change: -2
Total Loss: 15.8

I lost 1.6 of the two this week. I'm switching up things a little by eating more natural foods and less processed foods. Cindy had BBQ ribs Thursdays night. She went out to eat with her girlfriends. She'll get rid of the gain in no time.

For once, Wise beat Cindy in the weight race -- congrats Wise! I'm sure Cindy will catch up next week. ;)

For as for SB, he has been mustering all his superpowers to take kids to baseball and soccer practices and games while the parents have been sipping pina coladas in the Caribbean.
This morning, 6-year-old SuperKid Hannah kicked 5 goals in about a half of action (the coach substituted frequently, as he should). To celebrate, SB took the kids to Krispy Kreme factory -- okay it's not in line with the War on Childhood Obesity, much less the Throwdown but the "grands" are slim and trim. It was just a once in a while treat -- doughnuts at the beach! And yes, SB consumed a few.:cool:

Sounds like Superbob is having a good time. Hannah deserved the treat after kicking five goals in one half. That is a SuperKid!

Congratulations to those who lost this week. We leave for a cruise later this week and upon return I hope to try Curves again and resume attending my WW meetings. I've been trying to just do the online stuff but it isn't working for me. I didn't weigh this week but I know there isn't a loss to report. I'll update you on a few things when we return but for the most part all is going well.

Have a relaxing cruise, Betty! We look forward to your return to us here on the world's greatest Throwdown. :D

Easter Week ---- FOOD! Time for Superbob to get refocused on the superfoods: blueberries, strawberries, old-fashioned/rolled-oats oatmeal, tuna packed in water, cucumbers, leaf lettuce, whole wheat pita, almonds etc .... all as opposed to fries, Big Macs, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

Have a great time on the cruise Betty!

Superbob, you're getting started out on a good (rabbit) foot this week with your list of superfoods. We are going to follow in your (bunny) path and eat SuperSensibly. Who needs marshmallow bunnies anyway?

Hard-boiled Easter eggs -- good. Cadbury chocolate eggs --- nooooooooooo!
