While we're on the subject of Throwdowner's family members, I want to mention that Shezagirlie's mom is in need of prayers. Janie's with her and probably won't be posting a weight this week. Everyone keep a good thought for the family.

Cindy says that she is up .4 lbs. this week due to circumstances beyond her control. She says that she has eaten pretty carefully and exercised, and it will be better next week.
