It seems that screaming may actually burn calories and it's hard to eat in the middle of a good screaming fit. So far all is well, so far..... I have allowed myself a tiny treat twice this week and it seems at this point to be sufficient.
 
Seems like if your regimen makes you so hungry you feel like screaming it is not sustainable. Key is eating right, not starving. But i am about the last person on this planet who should be giving advice about sensible eating.

Great advice but be assured I'm not starving myself. Sometimes I just get so busy I put off eating and I've stopped all grazing at work. I use to grab this and that on my thousands of trips between the kitchen and the front of the house and never got hungry and never lost weight.

Wow …. this is going to take some getting used-to…. Superbob in Wonderland here…. Guess we may need to reprogram avatars? Anyway, I am trying to exercise steely resolve with the T-D. Have been fighting the crud and taking PT this week -- how that translates in weight, we'll see.
