Don't call her Superdawg for nothing. So pleased was she at pilfering a new tennis ball away from young Dasher the Wonder Dawg that she was content just to prance around the back yard with it as though doing an end zone dance. I asked and she wanted nothing to do with a walk. No doubt she knows the humidity is thick enough to slice -- weather only a Chimp could love.:tongue2:

Superbob, on the other hand, did make good on his vow to pedal the bike in the workout room … after exercising the franchise in the SC primary (won't say which one) :biggrin2:

Next week my amazing granddaughter is supposed to play with her Stars team in a five-day baseball tournament with teams from around the country. If the humidity doesn't break, I honestly don't know how I can survive going to all of them -- even though Hannah may pitch for the first time in a game. IN a tryout the other day, she struck out two batters and walked one….She can bring the heat, which we have plenty of around here.:smile2:

LMAO ... ROTFL ...:biggrin2::biggrin2:

Nothing has changed for me. I am still not behaving as well as I should, but I'm not going hog wild. I would try out the banana pudding buffet if it were to be found. We have a recipe that uses vanilla pudding, sweetened condensed milk and sour cream and fresh bananas of course.

Forgive this whine, without cheese, entry. My biggest problem mentally staying on track, I believe, or at least it's an excuse, is my ongoing thyroid issue. My wife is trying to get me back to a healthy place and has found some helpful things because the meds don't help me enough. I deal with a great deal of tiredness and exhaustion. I know that exercise is probably the best thing I could do to help myself. I need to make myself at least walk. Whine over.

Wise ... the mental issue is the hardest for me ... lucky DW has been good at popping me with a yard stick if I try and stray .... she ain't always with me:biggrin2::cool2:

Hey throwdowners,

Just got back from Houston, Debakey Heart institute for my first year testing since my diagnosis. My surgeon cancelled my appt at the last moment, but I chose to go ahead with the diagnosis testing. Blood work, echo, Cta scan. I underestimated how much anxiety I would have, doing the tests, and not getting the results quickly. I am trying to be tough.

It is hard waiting for medical test results. That I know from experience. I hope you get a good report.

Hey thanks. SuperBob. I was out in Houston with my daughter, who has melanoma. She makes my heart problems a non event, you know? Good report for her though ...all good.
