I am slowly losing those mountain pounds ... Down 2.5 this week and it is only due to watching what I eat ... I have cut way back on sweets and those Chick-Fil-A milk shakes that I love so much ... if anyone ever comes up with a banana pudding shake I’m finished ... I have a goal of getting down to 180 by 1-1-2010, I don’t know why I set these goals when Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner ... maybe it’s a built in subliminal excuse .... Hope everyone has had a losing week but whatever the case if we don’t quit we will make goal, eventually
