10/18/09 247lbs
No fast of fried food in 12 days and at least one salad meal every day.

Goal 215lbs
 
Have been doing alot of walking and lost another pound but made a mistake
and bought Halloween candy early...a big uh-oh;) So I decided just to have
Hershey's Truffles for Dinner this week..4 per meal. I'll tell you if it works!

OH NO! Heart attack on a stick. Did you have a fried snickers, or maybe a battered and fried bacon? I have heard of these things at State Fairs. Is it true? Fried butter?

I fit quite comfortably into some capri pants today I hadn't worn in a good while. So that gave me some motivation even if the stupid scales won't cooperate! Whoo Hoo!

2 foot long corn dogs, and a bag of little donuts ... passed on the fried Snickers and chocolate cover bacon .... and that’s all I ate that day ... oh, I did have a small Icee and got a brain freeze:eek:.....
 
I am down a pound and a half this week. I was gone for a couple of days and didn't count points but crossed off all 35 bonus points when I got home (and probably could have used a few more). I am not complaining though. I think the exercise and changes in my diet are starting to make a difference. Nothing definitive yet on my hubby. Maybe more news this week.

Hey, fellow losers! :D

Today while wearing my Holter, I decided to go to Starbucks for some coffee (decaf of course)! I ordered a nonfat White Chocolate Mocha (venti). Darn thing is 10 points! Sheesh! Next time I splurge on a Starbucks, I'm gettin' the mocha for 4 points.
