Everyone sounds like they are doing great!! Keep it up – you are inspiring me!! I’m having a hard time getting back on track from vacation. Yesterday I found a partially eaten half gallon of homemade vanilla Blue Bell Ice cream that someone in my family left behind . They broke my cardinal rule of no ice cream in the house! I did some real damage there.:mad::eek:

I had to go back a few weeks to even find the last time I posted my full numbers. Think this was from the week of 12-11 and on 12-18 the scales hadn’t budged. Well they have budged now and they have tilted the wrong way. Rats – back over 200 again! Grocery store on the agenda this weekend to stock up on healthy things to eat and Curves is also in my future. Gotta get busy as I’m not going to let y'all beat me to the green beer! :p:p:p

Here’s the bad news – but keep in mind it included 12 days of vacationing on a tropical isle. (I’ll post some pics soon.) It could have been worse.

Starting weight: 224
Last Weigh in 12/18: 198.2
This week 202.8
Gain: 4.6
Total loss: 21.2

Next week will be much better!

Superbob - stop teasing the chimp with Krispy Kremes now... shame on you, but kudos for foregoing the fries. I know that takes super human strength. Thanks for the welcome home Chimp and excellent job on the weight loss. Amazing how it just melts off when you put away the moon pies. I like Bina's cartoon - put them to good use! Kiwi Girl glad to see you back and good job! Betty - my best to you and your hubby - hope he's as good as new soon.

Mary and Rhena, you'll lose that weight in no time! Rhena, I think that's not a bad gain for having been on a cruise.

Cooker, you are not alone. We haven't had snicker bars, but after we had all of our WW points yesterday, we then had Angus cheeseburgers from McDonalds plus french fries. Of course, it was delicious, but like a drunk I'm now saying "I'll never do that again." Probably will, but I'm getting back on track today.

Superbob ate his way through the NFL playoff weekend --- got to return to sanity today.

Superbob had a great dinner --- grilled salmon, snow peas, rice, and a nice garden salad --- at Ruby Tuesday, one of the best SB has been in. Also bought himself a fitness dairy for 2010 to start keeping record of food, exercise, bikini sightings, -- uh strike that -- food, exercise, nature walks....:)
 
OMG.. I'm away for just a few hrs and looks what has happened!!:rolleyes: Step away from the snickers! Back off from the fries. SuperBob, you may have to swoop in and save the day. You have set a good example at least. OK - so I wasn't exactly an angel this weekend myself, but I have been today.:cool:

Get with it Throwdowners! Let's all see some progress this week - myself included. Seriously now... or 30 lashes with a wet noodle (wait a minute - that might be enticing to some..) Well whatever.... :p:p

Okay, now for my serious response. Good job super hero. I don't like it, but I believe when I record what I eat, etc., that I have better success.
