Well if you remember at one point last week I had gone over the dreaded 200 mark with a 201 ... I would be upset if there was no apparent reason but we all know the cause:rolleyes: ... I’m at 196 this morning so I actually have a 5 pound loss but a net 1 pound gain from last week ... I am very happy to be back on track ... all Moon Pies and the box of assorted candy bars have been taken to work where they vanished in seconds ... I am keeping the case of 48 Snicker Bars ... the case is unopened and hermetically sealed and has been placed on Funk and Wagnalls back porch ... I will open it when I break 190, have one, seal it back up and hand it over to F&W for safe keeping until I lose another 5 .....

Hope all have had a good week .... peace out:cool:

Starting weight..........233
Last Week ..................195
This week.....................196
Total Loss ....................37

Good recovery there old chap...er, chimp! I have a feeling some of us are in the recovery mode. I know I am, but it looks okay this morning on the scale. Cindy and I will report after our Saturday WW weigh-in.

GREAT job, Cooker!:)

I think you're pushing your luck keeping the case of Snickers, but maybe Funk and Wagnalls can be trusted!;):p

Good work, Mr. Chimp. I know you must be missing those Moon Pies though. Want me to send you a truckload of Krispy Kremes fresh from the beach factory to tide you over? :p

Superbob has lost one pound this week.

Two pounds the week before.

Total weight loss in the Great Saint Patrick's Day Race: 3 pounds.

Superbob starts a new round of PT in an hour. Hopes his therapist will be sufficiently, um, "inspirational" to help him not only suck in his gut but actually reduce it further. ;)

Sounds like SB, Wise and Cindy and Duffey are on track ... Great job! ... DW is having great success with our plan and now it's time for me to stick to it with her ... Warming up this week so that will make it easier for me ... cold weather drives me to eat, why I don't know but it does.....

Get the behind me Satan, and push:p

Sounds like a "good job Mrs. Chimp" is in order! Good job Mrs. Chimp!!

Also, SuperSatan have a great therapy session! LOL.

It seems like we all are getting back on track and feeling pretty good about it. My hubby is back counting his points as well. It makes it so much easier to not be going it alone. We had his first post surgical visit with his neurosurgeon today and the whole office was excited when he walked in with just a cane and wearing a smile on his face. Compared to what he was like in the middle of December it is really remarkable. I am just so appreciative of all the prayers and support for him and thankful to God for His love and mercy to us.

Good job Kiwi Girl!

Great news Betty! I'm so glad for your husband. Also, glad that you have a united point counting household too. It does help when spouses are doing the same thing.

A miraculous 193.5 this morning:D ... don't know how but that's what it was ... I have not been weighing everyday like I should and that was a resolution that I am trying to start keeping this week ... should help me watch what I eat and stay accounatble....

Our wise and very much beloved Granbonny used to remind us Throwdowners that if you're keeping grandkiddies, it is sometimes required that you do the fast food thing. (I mean, come'on, these are American kids -- deny them an occasional trip to McDonald's? I think not. :)

Anyway, Superbob just rewarded his 3-year-old grandboy with a Happy Meal after nursery school. As for The Man of Steel, what to get -- thought about a Big Mac (not that Superbob is on steroids or anything :p ) with that yummy special sauce, but then decided on a Southern style chicken sandwich. It was tasty! Looked up its nutritional info just now, and it's 230 calories for the filet and 150 for the bun -- 380 total. Hey, combined with a senior coffee, black, zero calories, that's not a disaster. Superbob has forsworn all fries.

Okay now to do his first round of hottie-prescribed back exercises for the day. :)
