Superbob is always available to rescue damsels being imperiled by fudge brownies and other delectations! :) Since Superbob is now avoiding even excursions to the Krispy Kreme factory, he will certainly hand the dangerous brownies (if any indeed are left ) over to the "interim" Ref.:p (BTW, Superbob guesses that all bans on prune juice are currently suspended.) :p

All bans lifted:D
I don't know what it is about brownies. They are my kryptonite! My DIL made the most delicious oatmeal raising cookies when I was in KC. Oh my were they good. But I could resist after having 1 or 2. I actually took the rest of the brownies and ground them up in the garbage disposal. If I had thrown them in the garbage can, I would have donned scuba gear and gone in after them.

LOL ... I can just picture you dumpster diving for brownies ... could be an Olympic Event:D:p

When did Labor Day weekend become a eat-a-thon? Uh, oh that's right -- always has been. Well Superbob will have Tues/Wed/Thurs next week to try to recover before the next weigh-in.

When I got on my home scale this morning it said no change. I wanna go by the hospital weight, but I don't know what it was! ;)

Hotdogs, hamburgers, homemade ice cream and of course banana pudding are not on Mr and Mrs Chimp’s menu this weekend ... we are trying to stay on plan ... now if Wise to show up with a piece of birthday cake I might have to reconsider:eek:
I'm not going near a scale for a weak or two!

Come on ... don’t be skeerd .....:p

Niki .... you have to stay the same before you can start in the downward direction ... stay strong!!! ... You can do it!:)

Chimp Boy, that is downright unpatriotic not to gorge yourself on Labor Day weekend. :p DW just discovered some peaches too ripe just to peel and eat so she made a humongous peach cobbler with them.:eek::eek:

In the absence of a ruling "Ref" authority, Superbob hereby declares a mulligan on post-Labor Day weigh-ins until further notice. :p

I'm not sure Nathan's current dietary needs are going to be any good for me losing weight. :p He's been instructed to eat only "low residue" foods. I've been doing some research and now know this means we have to eat only processed grains (white bread, pasta, etc.), few veggies or fruits, and no nuts or seeds. All the things I've been avoiding are on the "yes" list, and the things I'm trying to eat more of (fruits/veggies) are on the "no" list. *sigh* This is going to be fun.

Back from my long weekend. A good time was had by all. I actually B]can[/B] have a very good time while all around me are imbibing wine and forbidden foods.Who knew?? I didn't go off of my food/drink list, but I ate a vast amount of what was on it, lots of greens, watermelon, shrimp and chicken. It was hot, but nice ocean breezes and fun in the waves. Lots of people baking in the sun. Lots of wine and beer consumed - but not by me. :p:p

I fear that quantity may have trumped quality and tipped the scales the wrong way. Good thing I have a few days to make up for it.:D

And if you stand eating them, you can cut out 1/2 the calories. If they are considered Children's Food (which banana pudding might be) then it would be no calories for adults. :D

Superbob would nominate Karlynn for "Ref," except he fears she is hopelessly compromised by Fudge Nut Brownies. :p
You know me too well. (There were Turtle Brownies over the weekend, but I'm thinking that since a "turtle" is an animal, it must have meant they were filled with protein, so it would go along with my lower-carb eating.) :D
