Today has been a rather strange but also a wonderful day for me & I'd like to share a bit of what happened to make me feel this way.....
First of all, I usually don't fwd these type emails except that for some strange reason, this week I have forwarded two of these to some of my friends on my email list. This is the one I sent out this morning:
'To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did'...
When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better. Concentrate on this sentence... 'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.'
Something good will happen to you today; something that you have been waiting to hear.
This is not a joke; someone will call you by phone or will speak to you about something that you were waiting to hear. Do not break!
Send it to a minimum of 3 people....
I forwarded this email at around 9:30 this morning & went on about my business.
Then at 10:00 am, the phone rang & it was Dawn-Marie to tell me about her good news.
The day continued, I felt joyful, energetic & so glad to be alive. At 5:30 pm this evening, another phone call. This was from a wonderful friend that I had lost touch with for about 3 years. She had run into my sister & had gotten my phone number. Wow......we had a long & wonderful conversation.
An hour after hanging up with her, the phone rings yet again. I was reluctant to pick it up because I was just about to have dinner but then I saw that it was my nephew on my ID caller, the one diagnosed with testicular cancer, I tried to compose myself & expect the worse before answering. Then he said, "Aunt Norma, I wanted you to be among the first to know that I had my bone scan on Monday & they didn't find any more traces of cancer anywhere!!!!" I found myself screaming with absolute joy which even startled my poor cat who took off like a bullet underneath the bed!
So with this said, I ask you, "coincidence or what"......?
And one more thing, this email was sent to me by one of my nieces, one of my nephew's sisters who lives in Japan!!!
Weird huh???
