Hi Guys....

Would like to be added to your prayer list. Have to go in Friday for a breast biopsy.....hoping and praying it's nothing, but any additional thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Between the pre-op work Monday, dentist for a new crown yesterday, and the surgery on Friday, I guess you could say I'm not having the funnest of weeks!!!

Thanks for everything.....you guys are the greatest.

Evelyn

Hey Evelyn,
Sounds like you are having one of those busy weeks that none of us like to have:(
I hope that everything turns out OK for you.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Take Care

Evelyn-

You will certainly be in my thoughts and prayers that the biopsy will turn out benign.

God Bless.

Evelyn -

Best wishes for you - that the biopsy results will be benign. Breast biopsies in women are very common and MOST end up being benign. We have been talking about cautious doctors on Gail's post - well, thank goodness doctors are cautious when it comes to other things, too.

Praying for a good outcome -

Christina L.

All the best, Evelyn. Been there, done that - not fun ever. Fortunately the surgery is not much - are you having a local or general? I had a local and think it was the only way to go.

You'll go with my prayers and best thoughts.

Ev what am I going to do with you? Your always in my thoughts and prayers, I'll just ask for a little extra protection for ya.

Let me know how things go when you find out.

Oh, I'll be praying for you! Best of luck and let us knowhow it goes!!! Take care and try not to worry yet!

Evelyn,
You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Best wishes for a very successful outcome.

Evelyn,

Best wishes for your biopsy Friday...we will indeed be saying prayers and sending goose honks your way.

It will most likely be benign, but remember: if it is positive, there are several survivors here (me included) to keep you going during your treatments. Survival rates are approaching 80 some % if caught early. You'll be in good hands and we will keep you company!

Thanks so much, guys. It's such a great feeling to have your support. I'm really pretty good with it as I've had one done before, but there's still the stress and waiting that does one in. Personally, I would have had it done last week in the office when I went to see the surgeon if he would have agreed to it!!!

He comes with a great reputation, so we'll just go with the flow.

Georgia---yes, I am planning on a local----I agree with you, that's the way to go.

Told Tyce that after we were done he was taking me out to lunch....we'll see how I feel.

Again, many thanks.....this is such a wonderful family...I'm humbled.

Evelyn

Hi Evelyn, like Georgia said "Been there, done that." I am a survivor of three different kinds of cancer within the last three years. I've always felt that God isn't through with me yet. You know the song "God's still working on me," well I sincerely believe that.

You will be in my prayers and remember that God's arms are around you at all times.

Prayers are being sent your way. I've had 2 biopsies, 10 years apart on the same breast, both negative, Thank God.

It's scary stuff though, the recovery is a piece of cake compared to OHS.

Wishing you the best,

Evelyn,

Everyone here is constantly in my prayers, but thanks for letting me know to ask a little special "attention" for you. We've been there, too, and may again some other time be awaiting the reports.

May He watch over you carefully.

I am wishing you the best and hope that things turn out well. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Keep us updated.:)

All the best Evelyn....

All the best Evelyn....

Hi Evelyn,
Like several of the other gals here, "Been there, done that."

There are several methods for doing a biopsy. I had a local and watched the entire procedure on the monitor. What method are you having?

Turned out that from looking at my sonogram the Radiologist decided it favored a cyst more than a mass of cells, so I had a needle aspiration of the cyst. Simple and easy and I sure hope that's what you're having also. The radiologist told me 80% of the women walking around the Mall had breast cysts. I told him I'm staying outta Malls...:D

hi

hi

You are in my thoughts as you go thru this time of stress. Expecting the best for you. And yes, you should reward yourself for doing it and getting it over with. I do, every time I do a dentist ordeal.

We must take good care of our bods, its the only one we've got.:) ----My best to you
