Yeah, it would be clearer if it were the video and not a still, then you could see it moving, or I would think. I have never watched a video of it.to my untrained eye it looks to be normal tricuspid in nature, however right here:

may be that is not split along that line ... hard to say, but I would say that the shape of the whole thing does indicate that equal presssure was had on all 3 of the "spheres" of the cusps
