Hi Christina-

There are some relaxation tapes that lots of foks on the site have found very helpful in the jittery pre-surgery and even the post-surgery phase. I think some people even brought them to the hospital with them. They are called Guided Imagery tapes, and are by Diane Tusek.

those guided imagery tapes by diane tusek are phenomenal! between joey and myself, i think we wore ours out (especially me!!!)...
i think that the cleveland clinic (according to diane tusek) hands out a packet and she said that they include one of her tapes in that packet. has anyone else gotten them there???

i think you have a very wonderful attitude. all your feelings are natural ones. i think it helps to keep busy.
we are here for you and will keep you company while you wait.
