I echo zipper's thoughts! Please let us know when you have the new date.:)

The heart unit at the U of A is very busy this time of year. It seems that summer creates the climate for heart transplantation surgery. A sad notion but a blessing for those who are given a new lease on life because of another soul's incredible gift.

Take Heart, to all who wait for life-saving surgery, be sure that yours will happen when it's time,
Pamela.

Well... 30 minutes before my sheduled surgery a nurse came out and mentioned that mine was cancelled. I guess the first case was running so long that the surgeon ran out of time for the day. Waiting for a call tomorrow to see about another date. Let's just say I went out and ate the biggest steak I could after fasting til 4pm.
