You'll be running much quicker than you think. I was in excellent physical condition before surgery and it made the recovery much easier.

Randy - wishing you all the best. I am scheduled for OHS on March 29th and so far the reality of it all has not really sunk in yet. I was never a distance runner, but following surgery and recovery I no doubt will be undertaking exercise more seriously.
