I scheduled my annual check-up & bloodwork yesterday for the first of April. For the echo, I am assuming I need to see a cardio for it?
I think all this is playing with my head. I have had high BP & have had it under control with meds for the longest then I jooined a gym & started exercising & cleaned up my diet & dropped about 40 pounds. I had been off the meds for almost a year & BP was still well under control.
Last week, I had to get back on them! I have been back on them over a week now & I still feel it is high. Just watching TV last night, I could feel/hear my pulse in my ear. There is absolutely no reason for it to be high...I HOPE!
Another thing I have noticed a few times is a fluttery feeling in my chest. I have noticed it a few times just out of the blue first thing in the morning & have briefly experienced it a couple of times while lifting weights at the gym this week. That is scaring the **** out of me & I am sure has something to do with the high BP!
