Alternative to Chat

Think this was posted earlier by Jan, but I'l mention it again. At one time, back when we had the original Chat room and had freqeunt issues with it, we used Yahoo messenger.
I don't know how many have a yahoo account, but it's certainly not hard to get one (hear that Chimp man?) and we could all be one big happy family again . . . revealing all that dirty laundry that makes Chat so much fun!
Seriously, if you have an account, and would like to try and get a Chat going one afternoon this week, post to this thread.

Sounds great....I've been having serious "naughty chat" withdrawals.
My husband is concerned that I may get hit by a car as I run down the street nekkid every day.

Not sure bout' that Crystal......I live in a small farming community where farmers are always taking shots at ground squirrels or coyotes.....with my luck, I'd get my a*ss shot!

I did turn on my Yahoo thingie, but no one was on. I'll try to have it on Sunday evening at the normal time, 5 PM EDT, although I think I'm going to grill something somewhere in there.

But for the Yahoo chat to work, people need to (1) download the Yahoo program; (2) get themselves registered with a Yahoo ID; and MOST IMPORTANT (3) get added to the friends group, so that we can invite them to join the chat. I think we have to furnish a Yahoo ID for people to send a friend request to. I nominate Mary.

I haven't used Yahoo chat in quite some time, maybe I've forgotten something, please add the important information. I have 34 people listed as VRcom friends, some we haven't seen in a long time.

well, I guess I'm just too stupid because I cannot log in Yahoo. I requested my user log in & my password they said it would be sent to my mail box --- it's been 1 hr & I'm still waiting!
