Ross,

I watched the Carolina/Akron game yesterday. I hadn't ever heard of Akron (college? university?) before. One of the announcers remarked that many of it's players were from the area. They had some good players and made it a close game. Carolina played poorly but even if they were on their game it wouldn't have been a blow-out. Are you an Akron fan? What can you tell me about the school?

Any other Tar Heel fans out there?

The University of Akron

I can take you there, tell you where it is, tell you they offer a lot of courses that other schools in the near regions don't, but exactly about the school, nope.

I'm not a big sports fan at all. Football season and that's it. Browns can't do crap, so even football season is over for me.

Well Ross I'm still a Browns fan of course but if you think they stink you should be up here with the Lions.
They could set a record this week, for the WORST ever.

Ross, how about that Browns/Broncos game Sunday? Wasn't that awesome? I think we have your number. :D

By the way, Betty, the nickname of Akron is the Zips (from A to Z, get it?).

Ross,

Some of the Bengals fans in the area (I'm NOT one of them) have a saying, "If it's Brown, flush it down." :p

Rich,

I'm fairly certain that the Bengals have a two-decade lock on the title of Worst Ever...

Hi Dale,
I guess to clarify that they could (and probably will) set a record for the worst away from home record.
