If you are an official VR member and want to keep a copy for your own use, on your personal computer, please be my guest. I have not taken any steps to restrict copies from being made, but (on the honor system) I would like to request that no copies for any other purpose be made.
For anyone who wants a physical (not electronic) copy, please contact me by private message and we can find a way to make it happen. Because of some kind of computer glitch, I can read your PM in my email. However, for me to respond, you will need to include an email address.
