HAPPY 5TH ANNIVERSARY GINA!

It has been such a pleasure getting to know you the past two and half years. You have contributed soo much! May we have another 50 years to get to know each other even more!

We'll definitely have to have another mini-reunion to celbrate! Your 5 years, my three, Corts 17 and Perry's birthday! We'll celebrate Ross's 9 anniversary as well! Oh, and we can't forget Rain or Hank! Well, once you get that INR taken care of!

Hope you have a great Anniversary and St. Patricks Day too!

Hey, Gina - What time is dinner? Might take a few minutes to get there. . . oops. . .

More importantly, Gina, congratulations on the 5th anniversary of your neat new valve. May you have many returns, and may the next 5 be even better than the last!

Thanks everyone for your wishes! Most cardiologists consider 5 years a major marker. Kind of like a cancer patient in remission. This gives them an excellent indicator that things are stable. Still have to keep an watchful eye though ;)

Without your friendship and support I would not have made it thus far!

Have a great day:)

Hey Toots!

Hey Toots!

Congrats on your 5-year milestone! Keep smiling. I'm sure glad you didn't plan a mini-reunion around this date. I hate cabbage!

Don't forget to counter-balance your greens with some Merlot. You know it works!

My cardio informed me that he'd like me to have a TEE every five years (next year, I suppose). Did they recommend this lovely re-test for you?

Take care. Have a nice vacation and keep in touch.

Cheers!

Congratulations, Gina!

Just want to know: What time are you serving that wonderful-sounding dinner (or was that menu for last night's dinner)????

I have Irish ancestors on both sides of my family, most closely on my father's side. Maybe I've inherited a taste for corned beef and cabbage? I've never had it. My dad's mother talked about having a "New England boiled" dinner for St. Paddy's Day, though.

Gina,
5 Years! What a great anniversary. Congratulations to you and your doctors.

Being only three weeks post-op, and not even 5 months since I first learned I would need surgery, I can't picture what it will be like to be 5 YEARS post op. What a great goal to shoot for, though.

Congratulations again....
