3.1 to 2.4 to 4.0 to 3.7

I won't freak out but the nurses will. Anytime it goes past 3.0 they go HMMMM and want to mess with dosage. They are stingy with the coumadin. Won't write or call in any scripts for 3 mg tabs, I have 2.5s and 5s on hand, almost out of 2.5. Guess I'll have to cut tabs in half.

I just want to stay in range.

Tell them to keep their damn hands off of your dose if your testing in range, that includes the upper end.

If they knew what they are doing, they wouldn't mess with anything between 2 and 4.
