Hi All
Well I'm back.....had decided to take off for the holidays......actually I just didn't want to do it, but now it's time. Thursday is my ww weigh-in day and thus far I've lost 7 lbs. Lots of ww soup, walking 2 miles with the dogos 3-4 days a week and limiting my g and t's to Thursday...
We listen whenever we're in the car or van driving locally. For trips, it's usually cd's or books on tape. As far as radio, we love the "oldies".....songs from the 50's through the 70's, country, npr, light classical when we're driving, and any local station that gives weather and road...
Hi All
We've just got rain. Had a tiny bit of slushy goop this morning and then it all turned to rain. it's 35 here at 5 pm....might get some sleet tonight but tomorrow is going to be in the high 50s......I'm so glad we moved.

Thanks for the info on Buffy. Each day will get better.....slowly, but better. Remember the vr.com motto......walk, walk, walk, nap, nap, nap, breathe, breathe, breathe. That inhalation spirometer is soooooooo important.
Now you rest, too.

LOVED that temperature gauge, Montrealer!!!!
It's cold down here in Virginia...16.5 but we're doing fine. No snow, and that's what's important. Stay warm, all.

Hi Ann

Just checking in to wish you all the very best Christmas. We've been very busy running to open houses here and it's quite nice to not even have to wear a coat. Tomorrow my cousin's son is coming and we're doing Christmas Eve at their house for them and then Saturday I'm doing Christmas Day...
Hi Bruce
SOOOOO glad you're home and posting and that everything went well. Just remember, don't do too much.....The vr.com motto is walk, walk, walk, nap, nap, nap, breathe, breathe, breathe.......take it easy and slow.

Hi Nancy
Keep us up to date. Saw on the major news network that much of New England is without power and loaded with ice. We just had rain down south.....but we had almost 5 inches of it.....our ditches are FULL!!!

What an absolutely wonderful post!!! May you both have many more years of good health and wedded bliss. Thank you for your post.
Evelyn---40 years of marriage and 6 years with Tyce's OHS.
When our cardio put Tyce on Simvastatin this past August, he also told him to take 100 mgs of Coq10 daily. He did so and has had absolutely no muscle pain from the statin drugs. Hope it helps.
