My GERD started after 2 years from the surgery. A GE doc said coumadin may be the reason of GERD creating a disturbance in eusophagus

I went to lab after 2 months since last test and INR was 7.1. I was afraid and the doc said if any blood issue come to e.r and hold coumadin for 3 days and eat greenies. I did so. after 3 days it was 2.1. Think antibiotics increased it cause used too much for tonsilitis. was 3 terrible days...

Still have them and fed up with them. can see nothing with them

being tired is just an example i just thought, not a specific case. i am ok with my valve maybe surgical conditions were not appropriate for regent valve. my surgeon prefered it. but you think about it after learning there is a new valve.

hello rufus. 9 weeks passed after my surgery but like you i have not fully recovered. i still get tired going up stairs and not different from pre op situation but my doc said it takes at least 6 months. i think i willbe fine and feel stronger, still waiting.

i also got pericardial tamponade post op 10 days and reoperated for this but this was different so i wonder what was it.

I think that it was related with the bones and was increasing when i take deep breath . no sign of effusion also i got penicilin G IM for infection. maybe it helped me to recover.

:confused:hello everyone. 6 weeks after operation. i suffered from a chest pain 2 days ago went to Emergency service my doc came got x-ray,echo, cbc,inr but found nothing. he prescribed painkiller and i am fine now. what do u think about this? this can be a side effect of beta blockers or cold?
