I just found out yesterday that a friend of mine's wife passed away very suddenly yesterday morning from a heart attack. She had no idea she had anything wrong with her heart. I've known this guy since I was 5, we were in the same kindergarten class together. I can't imagine what he is feeling! I think it is amazing how suddenly you can be alive and well, and then.....gone. I feel so bad for him and his family! They had no children together, just dogs. Just thought I would share.

I think when something happens like this, we are struck by how sudden life can change. I've heard it called, "life's new reality" and that seems to sum it up. I'm sorry to read that your friend is dealing with this.
