Shuttle Launch Videos
I finally got to see something I have dreamed of seeing since April 12th, 1981 when my father got me out of school to watch the very 1st Space Shuttle Launch.
I decided beforehand that I would worry less about photos and videos and just concentrate on the moment.
But here is my video with my digital camera set on a tripod in movie mode.
My Video ? From about 6 miles south of the launch pad - (2 Minutes Long).
The interesting thing is that you don?t really hear anything until the shuttle is almost out of the top of the frame and then the air shook us to the core!!

Some one Else?s Video from North of the Pad ? About the same distance (about 3 minutes long)

The official NASA Video (10 minutes Long)
