I wouldn't do that and so far as I know, none of our members ever would either. The links I submitted are purely for furthering information on Coumadin and it's proper dosing and sources to look into. I also added that the links are not a replacement for their own Doctors advice.

I am impressed that you took the time to join us and respond. I wish all media people had that kind of integrity and "gumption". We could use a few good ones in Houston!

I was an insulin dependent gestational diabetic, and even for the short 3 months that I was on insulin, I heard plenty of myths, luckily not from my doctors! As a diabetic, you understand the stereotypes and misinformation we are facing everyday, sometimes to the point that it affects health and/or lives, as, in our case, it often comes from the medical community.
