Who is "beldergate"?

I received an e-mail message from someone with an address that begins with "beldergate (at) blue....."

Is this someone on VR.com?

If so, please say so and I will open the e-mail.
Otherwise I will probably delete it.
I don't like to open e-mail from unknown sources...
