Bob (canoebob) came up to Kitchener and we went out and had a great lunch after Bob dropped me at my house (thanks for the ride Bob) I looked at my call display and saw the Hampton Inn and Suites had called and that is where Nancy (Doncy) and her SO stayed when she came down for the cath and we went for dinner so I called and asked for Don her SO and he told me that Nancy was doing great and that her surgery went a bit longer and she did need blood BUT they had her awake just after midnight and she was bright and alert but not quite ready to walk yet. I told him that i would probably see tham both up there on Friday:thumbup:

Industry standard for smoked meat serving has 23% of daily intake or 540 grams http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-compliments-smoked-meat-montreal-style-i90942 and Fireside is known for low salt content as the owners father had issues....... while a skinless boneless raw chicken breast has about 630mg or 26% daily intake http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-presidents-choice-blue-menu-skinless-i87882 so while not health food not a bad choice..............and yes Nancy is doing well
sorry, but the 630 mg of salt is for a frozen product that has been salted. I can't eat that stuff.
Here is the link for fresh raw boneless skinless chicken breast at 116 mg of sodium which is barely a smidge. :)
