So after having difficulty with high HR during exercise, I have been taking Corgard for a few months. I have been walking and slowly increasing my activity levels. Today I went for a strenuous 2 mile hike with zero palpitations or irregularities!! I noticed the Corgard kept my HR down slightly more than I would have liked, but overall a HUGE improvement. I'm not quite back where I'd like to be but I'm making slow steady progress. I hope everyone has a good weekend!
