Hey Olefin, we've got more in common than just a silly heart valve.

My wife and I had our 52nd anniversary this past monday, 5/25/57 and she is still putting up with me too.:D

I also had a Ford like the one in the background. Mine was a green on green
'54 and was the true "muscle car" of its day. Only time I ever spent in jail was due to street racing in that car. :(

Congratulations on your anniversary.

What awesome pictures Dayton - congratulations to you both.
And also Dick, congratulations to you and your wife, well done!!
You two couples are an inspiration to us all.

That is wonderful, 53 years, on June 3 we celebrate 30 and will be counting on
many more. The same to you and the lovely lady in your pictures. Laura

WOW! 53 years -- I can only hope to get there. . .

You look like a most happy couple - in both pictures. Many happy returns to you both.

Now, this summer my wife and I hit 30 years. . . how likely is it to make it to 50 or more? ? ?

Where is that sweet car 53 years later?
Wish we had kept it. Traded it (gave it away) in on a new 62 Ford.
All we have now is sweet memories and several pictures... here is another.

Congratulations to Dick on 52 years and that old heart valve!

And my Congratulations to Steve, Laura, Cris N, Chris and Ross for your many years of staying married to the same partner. :)

And many THANKS to all for your nice comments and taking the time to post.

Olefin you know what's sad? The way things are going for Americas automakers, every thing we have now might be considered historical soon.

What wonderful news, and pictures! The car reminds me of the 2 '58 Buicks I had.

CONGRATULATIONS:):):) this is so beautiful!!!!
Thank-you for sharing.
