Dear Katie's Mom, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friends child. I had a friend who had TOF loose both of her children at once in a car accident and it was devistating to everyone. Thank God this baby is dancing in heaven and feels no pain, but we still have pain. And we feel the pain of Zoe's family. It's a constant reminder that we have a very short time here, and to always make time to laugh and play and dance and make jello. I can hear the what if's in your messages. Dismiss them and dont spend the time dwelling on what if. Instead make a list of all of the joy you received from knowing Zoe and her family. When my friends children died, I had to tell my son. His first words were, I loved the way Curtis would pick me up and swing me around. We spent and still do, a lot of time talking about the joy his friend brought to our lives. We will pray for Zoe's family (which includes you)!
