I can understand the fustration part. Yesterday was sunday and 3 weeks ago what I did and didnt do on a sunday would be construed as a LAZY SUNDAY. Yesterday I was repeatedly told I was over doing it. What a difference a few weeks makes. It will get better. Each day I can feel my improvment but im sure when I hit that 4 - 5 week range ill expect to be ready to go 100%. Im going to have to pace myself.

We all forget the toll surgery takes on our bodies. Ok feeling better can run 7 marathons in a week jump over the moon with one hand tied behind my back, look what I can do and then boom crash and burn.
Glad it was nothing too serious but it could have been , we have to remember to take it easy . I know easier said then done but things will get done maybe a little late or not the way it should be but it will happen. If you weren't doing these things Luke someone else would and they would get done. I know I was like you with work and the community activities and sometimes you just need to say sorry can't do it .
Take one day at a time .

Luke, I am glad you had things checked out. Now, use this time to really get some well needed rest. 7 weeks is such a short time since having your surgery. Maybe you are expecting too much from yourself. I hope you have people around you that can pamper you and wait on you for what you need. I was a teacher for many years. One year, I could not be there for the opening of school due to illness. I was so upset, worried that the students would have such a hard time and that a sub would never begin things the way I wanted them. Now, I see it was so unimportant. The kids did fine and I realized others could take over when I needed them too. Let others do things for you right now. I am sure you would do the same for others if you had to.
Robb, you too, take it slow.
